LunaGraphica was founded by Cindy Couling. What started out with a couple side gigs doing customized ad design turned into the start of a something pretty big.
We grew quickly and within a couple of years we moved into our first office space in downtown Sunnyvale. It was low rent and we shared the building with a restaurant that had karaoke contests daily and hung chickens in the alley beside us.
We’ve continually grown over the years, bigger offices, then smaller office in the crash of 2008 and now into the digital age of virtual space.
Our core team hasn’t changed too much. We’ve been blessed with some really talented designers, some have gone on to do their own amazing work, some have stayed since the beginning. Each wonderful person contributes what we like to call ‘Superpowers’ and all combine together into one terrific team that’s sprinkled with glitter.
While we still have our office in Sunnyvale, we primarily work from virtual spaces. Our core team is within the Bay Area, CA, but being virtual has allowed our team to expand as far as Canada and India. Flexible time and working from home has helped our team balance work and home life better.
